Superior Electric machines (P) Ltd was established in 1981 by a team of well qualified and experienced technocrats to design, develop, manufacture and market custom engineered external rotor fans and blowers for OEM use by leading manufacturers of welding transformers, large electric motors, air conditioners, chillers, lifts, inflatibles etc..

The company has the backing of a technocrat who has over 40 years experience in the small motors and appliances field and has in depth knowledge of R & D, design, manufacturing related to these products. The day to day operations are managed by two well experienced technocrats who have worked in similar product line for well over 35 years each with specialization in the areas of tooling, production engineering, sourcing, production and testing. The company has a team of well qualified technicians who are being continuously trained to take up the responsibility for quality in all processes involved in the business.

The company has built up an infrastructure for critical component manufacture, winding and assembly of products upto 2KW rating. The quality management system is certified to conform to ISO 9001-2000 standard. It has a good vendor base for precision components all of whom are suppliers to well known ISO 9001 certified companies around Bangalore. The company has its in house test facilities for all tests as per IS 996. It also has the requisite infrastructure for all mechanical testing needed for fans and blowers.

It pioneered the external rotor motor technology in India, with the above mentioned inherent strength of vast and rich experience, dedication, perseverance and ambition to excel, the company strives to offer total solution to the exacting requirements of valued customers in the field of compact high efficiency fans and blowers.

It is currently in the process of getting the product certified to the CE marketing against the relevant european directives.
